1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add vinegar, cold water and stir in mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and onion, blending thoroughly.
Chill until thickened. Fold in cabbage, pimento, and parsley. Pour into a glass or china bowl: chill until firm-about 2 hours.
Makes 4 cups or 6-8 servings.
Note:
Since metal chills more quickly than glass, Jell-O Gelatin in metal bowls will be firm in less time than Jell-O Gelatin in a glass-mixing bowl or in a glass-serving dish.
