Tomato Mozzarella Salad

So you love Caprese salad recipe, with it’s fresh mozzarella cheese. I absolutely love sun dried tomatoes. I can’t stop eating them. I prefer them to the fresh tomatoes you get at the market today.

This simple combination makes a great side or simple snack. I call it Tomato Mozzarella Salad and it is so simple. I buy all the ingredients. Both of them, well there are only two. Sun dried tomatoes and marinated mozzarella balls in virgin olive oil. I buy them from the deli section of my supermarket. Already with spices and well marinated in the extra virgin oil. Mix them with some sun dried tomatoes which I buy already dried from my market as well. Super simple, super delicious.
