Warm Vietnamese Beef Salad

The chef will also make a Lotus Dressing recipe. A nice recipe for summer, that is light, health and refreshing. This video is about fifteen minutes long, which is a bit longer than most of the recipes in the how to section. But still very easy.

The chef will first show how to make a lotus dressing. Your going to need fish sauce and minced garlic, and sugar in this dressing that will keep almost indefinably in the refrigerator. And will go well with any green salad and with meat.

In Vietnamese cooking lots of herbs and spices are used. The chef gives many tips all the way, great advise for more than just this recipe like how to cook the meat and retain the flavor.

Flank steaks or skirt steaks are used in this video recipe but you can use about any cut. No marinating is necessary for this recipe.

Other ingredients needed for this recipe are tomatoes, cucumber, mint, basil, romaine leaves, and cilantro.

Enjoy!
