Broccoli Raisin Salad Recipe
Easy deli side dishes

Broccoli Raisin Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups broccoli florets
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip
1 tablespoon cider or red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
Remove you broccoli florets from the stem. Chop the red onion.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, onion and sugar, mix until
smooth. Pour over the broccoli and add your raisins; toss to coat. Cover and
refrigerate until serving.
This recipe is even better if you add bacon strips, cooked and crumbled. Make sure
and drain the fat from your bacon before adding it.
The photo I have included does not include it since I didn’t have any on hand when I
made this.

I like to substitute dried cherries in place of the raisins. We just prefer the taste.

I use just the florets.

A creamy dreamy recipe just like you buy in the deli.
