Snow Grape Salad Recipe

Grape Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds seedless green grapes
  • 2 pounds seedless red grapes
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

    Directions:

Wash and dry grapes. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Add grapes and mix until evenly incorporated. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans, mix again and refrigerate until serving.

Such an easy recipe and can even be used as dessert.

You can use whipped cream cheese and also add a couple of tablespoons of cool whip if you like it really creamy. I like to use walnuts but pecans would also be a good choice. You can omit the brown sugar if it is already sweet enough for you. I also like to use anise instead of vanilla. I just love the taste of it and it’s different. People will be wondering what is in this.
