Honey Fruit Salad

Honey Fruit Salad,with strawberries,blueberries,raspberries
Ingredients:
- 1 medium firm banana chopped
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons honey ( I personally like clover honey)
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
- ½ teasoon anise extract
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the bananas and berries. In a small bowl, combine the honey, lemon juice, anise and poppy seeds. Pour over the fruit and toss to coat. Make about 4 servings.
This just takes about ten minutes or less to make. Great for breakfast, light and easy. The anise gives it a special flavor that many people will not be able to identify. They will just know they love it.
Fruit options:
If you don’t have these fruits on hand, try blackberries, mangos or peaches instead. Also very yummy.
I made this a few times because my husband loves this. So I included an extra picture, in one I used strawberries and the other raspberries. Use the fruit you have it will be wonderful.
