Jell-O Creamy Blue Cheese Salad

I love this one and wanted to share it so others can give it a try.

b>Ingredient:

2 Packages (3 oz. each) or 1 package (6 oz) Jell-O Lemon Gelatin

1-teaspoon salt

2 cups boiling water

1 ½ cups cold water

2 packages (3 0z each) cream cheese, softened

½ cup crumbled bleu cheese

½ teaspoon paprika

1 envelope Dream Whip Whipped Topping

Directions:

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.

Blend cream cheese with the blue cheese and paprika.

Add gelatin gradually and beat with rotary beater until thoroughly blended.

Prepare Whipped topping as directed on the package. Then fold into the gelatin/cream cheese mixture.

Spoon mixture into individual molds or a 7-8 cup mold, then chill until firm-3 hours or overnight.

Un-mold, serve with crisp salad greens. Garnish with fresh fruit. if desired.

This will make 7 cups or 12 to 14 servings.
