Roasted Tomato And Balsamic Vinaigrette

This video uses the ingredient of double concentrate tomato paste to simplify the roasting of tomatoes, and gives the same flavor. Also use a really good quality balsamic vinegar. Other ingredients needed are olive oil and salt and pepper. This is a really nice thick and rich bright red dressing that tastes like it took hours.

This video recipe is about a five minute process. The video is straight forward and easy to follow along. This would be good on a green salad or as a compliment to fish.

Below I have included a photo of my Sun Dried Tomatoes and Marinated Mozzarella Balls. Which is super easy to just combine the two ingredients for a quick addition to a green salad or to enjoy by itself.
