Snicker Salad Recipe

Snicker Salad Recipe

Just like eating a taffy apple, this is as easy as mixing a few ingredients. The flavors of Autumn.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) containers Cool Whip, thawed
  • 3 Snickers candy bars (you can use more if you like)
  • 4 -6 granny smith apples (you can vary the apple with successful results if you choose to, but I do NOT recommend using a soft apple

    Directions:

Prepare your ingredients, chop your apples and snickers candy bars into bite size pieces. Mix the powder sugar and cream cheese together until well blended with no lumps. Stir in your apples and candy, fold in the Cool Whip. I topped mine with a drizzle of caramel and a few honey glazed almonds.

This can be served right away or refrigerated, I do not recommend keeping this salad in the refrigerator for more than 8 hours because it can tend to get runny.

This is perfect for Potlucks or family gatherings. A good holiday or party salad. Enjoy.

    Like a Taffy Apple in a bowl.Yum.
